Mariners have occasionally reached as far as the first small unexplored northern land mass and have returned with wild tales of ships manned by demons in not-quite-figure form. Two pictures were recently transmitted by a surveillance plane just before it was seized from above by what was described as an amorphous pink creature. The plane vanished without a trace from the skies above the boat, only to re-appear safely in an airfield in the south.
Up close it can be seen that the "figures" in this boat are travesties of real figure beings. Figures believe these to be demons in poor disguises. Also barely visible in this photo is a cryptic symbol engraved on the boat. It more closely resembles the human letter "L" than anything else.
